每次送機,都會在機場2號客運大樓food court跟朋友用饍,遙望不遠處的天際萬豪酒店,總想找個機會試試。早前生日,食友帶來了慶生,已經對萬豪中菜廳留下良好印象,原來近月更推出了更抵食的醉蟹套餐。中午時段,自然光從窗外透入,一室光潔明亮,加上清幽典雅的裝潢,帶來悠閒舒適的感覺。午市醉蟹套餐$358(2位起/包茶芥)已包括花雕醉蟹、花膠響螺爵士湯、翠湖百花帶子、蟹粉清湯麵,時蔬及甜品,如果是萬豪會會員、機場員工或東涌居民更可享75折優惠。主角當然係花彫醉蟹(Drunken Crab with Huadiao Wine),足四兩半太湖大閘蟹用黃酒、白蘭地、甘草、紅茶及神秘材料泡浸兩天後,上檯前蒸熟,一揭開蟹蓋,滿是邪惡的黃膏及白膏,肉質鮮甜而絲絲入扣,就連手指頭都沾上香味。由於在坐有小朋友,大家另加點了點心。天際萬豪的點心一向有水準,上次網友替在下慶生,已經品嚐過一次,今次當然不能錯過。一碟過的四色點心併盤,包含了龍蝦及斑球製作的雙龍燒賣皇($88/兩件) 、蘿蔔絲天鵝酥($48/四件)與及白菜上素餃;龍蝦餃不單是放上面的一片龍蝦肉,而是切開一半,依然是填滿了蝦肉,用料十足,斑球肉質嫩滑
