What’s more, it also serves a unique afternoon tea set with different kind of snacks and desserts. First, it has seafood salad with pomelo, shrimp and pork Vietnam summer rolls and fried chicken with lemon grass. It also includes its signature An Nam spring rolls, deep-fried fermented red bean curd chicken wings and Sai Kung shrimp toast. Lastly, you can find desserts such as Vietnam coffee panna cottas, traditional pandan coconut cake and French crème brulee.
